The older I get, the more structure I need in my life. Regular goals, a purposeful training schedule and upcoming events are really what keeps me on track. How about you?
My new aim is to set a minimum of 5 training related goals each month. That might not sounds like many, but 5x12 means 60 goals/yr! Here goes...
For September, I will:
1. Organise my event schedule for the 11/12 season;
2. Join a tri squad;
3. Have some one-on-one swim coaching;
4. Swim twice/wk;
5. Smash my first ever duathlon (8/20/5) on the 18th!
