What I (re)learned tonight....

..... to make exercise an expression of who you are, gives you freedom.... and a way to be in the world.

Sometimes, it is really nice just to move, without the pressure of times, speeds or comparison to others. Sometimes, we need to take a step back and connect with our mortality. Will people remember you when you're gone because you ran sub 5min/km? Because you were the fastest swimmer? Or because you were a positive, inspiring and beautiful soul?
